The City of Arbyrd Municipality is made up of Administration, Board of Alderman, Fire, Library, and Public Works. We are here to make Arbyrd a nice place to live and to visit.
Mayor Richard Kelley is the head of the Board of Aldermen, and acts as Chief Operations Officer for the City.
City Clerk, Flora Smith, is the main financial officer for the City. If you have questions pertaining to any financial aspect such as billing, taxes, municipal court, or accounts payable please contact her office.

The Arbyrd Municipal Building is located at 102 NE Frisco Street.
The City of Arbyrd is governed by an elected board of alderman plus the mayor. There are currently four aldermen (2 for each ward, North and South). The aldermen are as follows:
City council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
Sabrina Kellums is Arbyrd's part-time officer. She is also Chief of Police at Hornersville, MO.

The City of Arbyrd is served by a volunteer fire department and Fire Chief Derrick Higgins. The department has 11 members on call for emergency situations and for the assistance to surrounding areas.

The Arbyrd Community Library provides library services to the city of Arbyrd and surrounding areas. This library is not affiliated with the Dunklin County Library System.
The Arbyrd Community Library provides more than just reading material, we provide computer access, free WiFi, videos, and audio books on CD.
Matt Smith is the head of the Water Department. Arbyrd Water is supplied by one artesian well that is tested on a monthly basis. All tests have come back clean and safe.
Brandon Pashall is the head of the Sewer Department.
Chuck Horton is the maintenance supervisor for the water, sewer, and street departments. Horton oversees all repairs and installations.
