Arbyrd Municipal Court is held on the fourth Thursday of each month, with the exception of holidays, at 4:00 p.m. Court is held at the Arbyrd Municipal Building located at 102 NE Frisco Street in Arbyrd, MO. (Right beside the Post Office)

What are my rights as a court defendant?

A pamphlet detailing your rights as a court defendant can be obtained from the Arbyrd Municipal Court Clerk. 

Can I pay before court?

You can access Plead and Pay services through Missouri CaseNet

You must appear in court on your specified court date to plead not guilty.

You do not have to appear in court if you plead guilty and pay your ticket on or before your court date using one of the following methods:

1. On-Line at https://www.courts.mo.gov/ticket
   1. Case Number: Enter your ticket number
   2. Click on Find
   3. Click on Plead and Pay, amount due will appear
   4. Click on Continue to Plead and follow instructions
   5. If you have been issued more than one ticket, you must repeat this process for each ticket.

You may mail in a money order or check

1. Determine the amount due by following the above steps or contact the Arbyrd Municipal Clerk at 573-654-3834
2. Mail to City of Arbyrd; PO Box 338; Arbyrd, MO 63821
3. Include ticket in envelope with payment

Payments may be made in person at Arbyrd City Hall located at 102 NE Frisco Street in Arbyrd. (Right beside the Post Office)
